Goofy's Character Breakfast Dinning

Character Dining is at several locations throughout the Disneyland® Resort. Below is a list of current locations which feature this service:
Disneyland® Park - "Minnie & Friends - Breakfast in the Park" at the Plaza Inn,

Disney's California Adventure® Park - "Ariel's Disney Princess Celebration" at Ariel's Grotto,

Disney's Grand Californian Hotel® & Spa - Chip 'n Dale Critter Breakfast at Storytellers Cafe,

Disneyland® Hotel - Goofy's Kitchen, and

Carnation Cafe Disneyland


In New Orleans Square:

Clam Chowder in a Bread Bowl From the Royal Street Veranda. Filling, hot, and tasty. Get a bowl before you watch Fantasmic.

The Famous Monte Cristo Sandwich At the Blue Bayou or Cafe Orleans.

It's the kind of thing you should eat without asking "what's in it?" because frankly it sounds awful: a turkey, ham, and cheese sandwich battered, deep-fried, dusted with powdered sugar, and dipped in raspberry jam. Somehow, these ingredients are very tasty when combined. Who knew?
If you plan to order this at the Blue Bayou, you should know it's only available at lunchtime.

Warm Cookie Dessert with Vanilla Ice Cream At the Blue Bayou.
On Main Street at the Carnation Cafe. As Disneyland restaurants go, this is one of my favorites because it's got variety, charm, and decent food. Try the:

Loaded Baked Potato Soup
Filling and delicious.

Turkey Sandwich on Pretzel Bread with Mustard-Seed Mayo
I don't know who thought of putting a sandwich on a giant soft pretzel but I like them.

Giant cinnamon roll
Loaded with thick sweet frosting. Eat one of these first thing in the morning for maximum sugar buzz.

Giant chocolate muffin
My sons love these almost as much as they love Disneyland itself.

Corn Dogs
Not in the Carnation Cafe but nearby on Main Street at the Red Wagon. Crispy and a relative bargain.
Don't miss these other yummies around the park:

Bengal Barbeque Kabobs In Adventureland.
Relatively healthy and very tasty. A good snack or order 2 for a meal.

Chimichangas and King Henry-Style Turkey Legs At the cart across from the Matterhorn entrance or in Frontierland by the Mark Twain docks.

Pizza and Chicken Fusilli Pasta In Tomorrowland at Pizza Port.
You know what they say about pizza: Even when it's bad, it's good. If you have a large group, order a large pizza and split it.

Dole Whip In Adventureland outside the Tiki Room.
From the Dole Tiki Juice stand. Relatively healthy.

Roasted vegetable sandwiches at the Tomorrowland Terrace are "yummo and reasonably priced". Thanks to Kimberly from Colorado for that tip!

Mickey Premium Ice Cream Bars At ice cream stands around the park. They're not only cute, they're delicious.

Denny's Restaurant Anaheim California

Eating inside of Disneyland can be very expensive. You may want to eat breakfast before you enter the park and eat dinner after you leave the park. Maybe re enter the park again after dinner and a break at your hotel room or pool.

All the restaurants below are within 3/4 of a mile of Disneyland. As you can see there are many choices for you to eat outside of Disneyland. Many are close enough to walk to.
